International Shipping (Rest of the World): Orders placed on Nineteen Fifty can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is standard for all destinations. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes:

Local (Lebanon): Duties & Taxes are included in the price of your items. No extra charge will be required.

International (Rest of the World): If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, you may need to pay import duties, VAT or local sales and use taxes. Our shipping partner will contact you with the required additional remuneration needed. You will be able to remunerate the amount by credit card or cash once delivered.

Order Tracking:

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Cancellation:

If your order's already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — but we do offer returns and exchanges. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our Returns & Exchanges form.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is received and accepted, we will be able to issue Nineteen Fifty credit for the amount you paid; excluding delivery costs. You will then be able to make a separate purchase for the new item with your Nineteen Fifty credit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, we will only be able to issue your refund as Nineteen Fifty credit, the amount paid will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us; excluding the delivery costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
